Hotel Gopalapuram International

Many things to be aware before stepping into this hotel. 1. The GPS location that's available in Google will not take you to the right place. The hotel staff have zero knowledge about these and when asked over phone call, one gets zero help. Neither do they address the issue. 2. The staff over reception have zero training, zero public skills, social skills and they can't even explain what's included in your package. They don't speak anything other than Malayalam(wondering why are they even put in at the front desk). 3. The bathrooms need better cleaning and hygiene. 4. The hotel never sticks to the time it promises. They would say that the breakfast will be available by 7.50 am, but guests are made to wait for too long . 5. They call it a buffet breakfast, but will provide basic food like idly , one type of chutney alone, sambhar. That's it. But guests are charged for full buffet, which is really not ethical. When asked for any clarification, the staff stand still , look at us and that's it (do imagine, getting no answer but a blank stare). No solution at all. So, if you are planning for touring that is time specific, do not prefer this hotel. 6. They call themselves functional for 24*7, but there is only one manager who goes to his home for a good night's sleep and never to be seen in the hotel at the service for guests till 9.00am. so, if you need any assistance at night, early morning and till forenoon, you have to help ourselves. As it's said, the staff are blank about anything at all. So, to conclude, if you find a better place to stay, please choose it over this place. 6.They have a functional bar up till 10.00 pm which is on the same floor as other rooms. But, the place is not cleaned after 10pm. The whole floor becomes shabby, smelly and full of plastic cans and trash which is not cleaned for the night. A guest having a room on the same floor is made to tolerate all these, irrespective of if you are with a family/teenager/kid/elders etc. They need to work and improve on their hospitality and ethics (primary attributes of a stay) very much.

Huge rooms, book a double bed, else you will be assigned two single beds. Excellent breakfast options. We also had dinner here and we enjoyed it immensely. Staff all over Kerala and Tamil Nadu have been brilliant and very happy to support and cater to your needs. The only quirk in the otherwise perfect experience would be the fact that we couldn't get hot water for a bath and had to contend with a lukewarm option.. the staff confirmed they're planning to enhance the water heating solution in their premises.

I recently dined at Gopalapuram International and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience due to the foul-smelling food served. The aroma was off-putting, and it significantly affected my overall dining experience. I expected a pleasant meal, but the unpleasant odor overshadowed any enjoyment. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better dining experience for future customers.

The worst hotel i never see.. The manger came with shirt and munde... So shymfull such a big hotel doing like this. We dont want service but atleast wear a uniform politic. The person who came talk to very badly, thrn we approach snother person he said he has to go excise Thank u very much for your sevice The old man who standing in reception please ask him to do some respect.
